I see you Mama; you are tired, overwhelmed, and overcommitted.
This retreat is for you if you:
⏱️Struggle to manage time and prioritize what matters to you in life.
😴 Aspire to make changes but are so tired by the end of the day and have no energy to complete any of your goals.
😵💫 Are tired of being in a rut, unorganized, feeling exhausted, and wanting to prioritize health but overwhelmed by the nutrition advice online and unsure where to start.
I want you to think about your life and be honest with yourself. What do you value? Do your values show up in your daily and weekly life?
I’m guessing you landed here because your health matters to you. You value your wellbeing or at least you know you should but are struggling with the “how to.” You just need a little boost and guidance to show you how prioritizing your health would look and feel in your life.
If you’re ready to take the lead on your nutrition, restore your energy, and live a life that reflects your values, join the retreat!
Every aspect of this retreat has been thoughtfully planned out to help you reset and restore your energy, so that you feel inspired to create the life of your dreams.
Journaling
Spend time reflecting on your vision and values. Nothing else in the process will truly work if you don’t slow down first and identify what it is that is most important to you in your life.
Calendar Audit
See how you are truly spending your time. Does your calendar align with your values?
Meal Prep
From recipe planning to the grocery store trip to time-saving meal prep: Learn strategies to nourish your nutrition, boost your energy with food, manage your time, and promote ease for your busy week. Learn why nutrition is essential for fueling your energy, motivation, and goals.
Create Your Ideal Week
This is the key to organizing your values, your nutrition, and your life. Learn how to set boundaries and ensure you make time for the important things, like your health.
Restore your energy
Rest. Relax in the pools and at the spa amenities. Free time. Need I say more? Yoga Nidra to promote healing and restoration to your mind and body.
Connect
Socialize and connect and feel supported by a community of busy moms just like you. So often we are craving that community to share ideas and experiences and stories. Even if you connect with moms during playdates, it’s hard to truly bond when we are chasing after our kids.
The retreat will be hosted on May 31st - June 2, 2024 at Sundara Inn and Spa in Wisconsin Dells, WI, which has been ranked #4 in the “10 Best Resorts in the Midwest" and is currently nominated for "Best Destination Spa" for Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2024.
One of many great aspects of Sundara is that the common areas are electronics-free which makes it a leader in the digital detox movement.

If you’re thinking, “This is exactly what I need to kickstart my health journey, but I’m not 100% sure”, then keep reading.
You may be thinking, I’m way too busy to slow down for a second to even THINK about my health, let alone take a weekend to rest, relax, and pamper myself.
You have to slow down and reassess in order to accelerate toward the life you want.
So many of us are hustling so hard and achieving, achieving, achieving, when we’ve yet to stop and think if what we’re achieving is really aligned with our values and what we want in our life.
Let that work pile up for a weekend. Maybe at the end of the weekend, you realize that pile of work is driving you straight toward burn-out, fatigue, and resentment. Maybe you trade that pile of work in for a different pile of work that stirs up passion deep inside your soul that quite frankly, doesn’t even feel like work to you.
Or maybe you’re thinking, I’m not ready for this. I absolutely want to improve my health but it’s just not the right time. I want to have full attention and focus so that I truly can make the changes. I’m just not in the right season right now.
Life does not and will not slow down for you when “you are ready,” in fact, things oftentimes speed up or get busier or you commit to more things. If you want to be successful, you have to roll with the punches and do it now, when you’re “not ready.”
Life may never present an opportunity for you. You have to make that opportunity for yourself.
This retreat is an investment now but you will receive a return on later in the form of better health, more energy, better time management, and your renewed mindset to crush those goals you’ve been struggling to achieve.
Learning how to be in the driver’s seat of your nutrition NOW will pay dividends as you implement those healthy strategies for the rest of your life.
I’d also encourage you to purchase books on time management, improving your mindset, and sustainable nutrition. If you have the time, certainly this will be a cost-effective option. But I’m an expert in nutrition as a dietitian and have spent countless hours over the years listening to, reading, and researching time management and mindset strategies.
I hope I can convince you to save some of your precious time and allow me to share with you my expertise and all of the things I’ve learned over the years!
As a dietitian with a masters in science in nutrition, I do not promote or practice anything that is not backed by science. Science guides and informs my recommendations and practice. You will not see me promoting trends unless they are rooted in science. Teaching at a university for 8 years has solidified in me the desire to translate science into sound nutrition bites. I also do not promote anything I haven’t experimented with myself.
I’ve overcommitted too many times and hit burnout too many times.
I am all too familiar with the voice inside that shouts “you HAVE to take this opportunity” and “this will only be a season” and then the voice inside that follows after burnout that whispers
“you said you wouldn’t but you did it again. When will you learn your limits?”
You can only understand what your limits are by first understanding yourself and your values. And then you have to make time for your values and the things that will move the needle for your goals.
Everything else falls into place after you create a place for the things that matter.
