As a busy mom myself, I know how hard it can be to provide delicious, nutritious meals that the whole family will eat. I love to help women make time in their schedules to nourish their families properly and also have time to take care of and nourish their own mind and body!
Over the years, I have researched effective time management strategies, meal prep application tips for busy schedules, and nutrients necessary for child development and pre- and post-natal nutrition.
I have put in countless hours to find the best strategies that work for my family and that is why I work with women just like you, so you don’t have to spend all your free time researching guidelines and strategies and worry like I did for so many years. There is another way!

I received my master's degree in nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago where I focused on translating science and research into sound advice.
Since then, I expanded my knowledge for nutrition coaching by attaining my certification as Master Dietitian Nutrition Coach.
