Hi there, I'm Cassie, your trusted Dietitian

I help busy moms overcome exhaustion with holistic nutrition, meal prep, and wellness routines--so they can be energized, productive, and fully present for what matters most. 


I've experienced burnout, overwhelm, and have spread myself wayyyy too thin. I learned the hard way that you have to prioritize health and nourish your body so that you have the energy to care for others and fuel your own goals. 


As a dietitian with a masters in science in nutrition, I do not promote or practice anything that is not backed by science. Science guides and informs my recommendations and practice. You will not see me promoting trends unless they are rooted in science. Teaching at a university for 8 years has solidified in me the desire to translate science into sound nutrition bites. I also do not promote anything I haven’t experimented with myself.

My passion for meal prep

As a dietitian, healthy meals have always been a priority in my home. But for years, I was stuck in the kitchen every single night.

While I chopped, cooked, and cleaned, my kids were playing outside, asking to read a book, or begging me to come join them play catch. And I couldn’t.


Daddy was the fun guy to hang out with and I felt like I was missing out.

I was so adamantly making healthy dinners every night and was exhausted, overwhelmed, and missing out on moments that mattered. And when I did choose to be more present and hang up my apron, the quality of our meals suffered (queueing the highly processed frozen foods and takeout).

That’s when I realized something needed to change.

I started small—prepping just a few ingredients ahead of time. It wasn’t perfect, but it gave me time back and let me focus on my family while still keeping our meals healthy.

Today, I can prep healthy dinners in half the time, and I finally have the energy and space to enjoy the people I love.

A: Recent data from Statista shows the average person spends about 2 hours and 24 minutes on social media each day. If you dedicated just 1 to 2 of those hours per week to meal prep instead of scrolling, you could easily plan and prep most of your meals for the week.
The real question is: Are you willing to make time for your health?


A: No worries! The course is self-paced! Take your time; you'll build sustainable habits when you implement as you learn. You can watch and listen as many times as you need.  You can binge it in a week or on a long drive or you can take five months! 


A: Having the same exact meal prepped in multiple containers can get monotonous and that's why a lot of people are turned off by meal prep. However, I teach how to prep core ingredients to create diverse and flexible meals. By batching core ingredients, you can mix and match and add a different ingredient or sauce to create diversity in your meals, so you aren't eating the same boring thing day after day.

A: I totally get that sometimes you want to watch on a screen and sometimes you want to listen on the go. So that's why the content is delivered as video trainings, mp3 audio, and downloadable resources (checklists, templates, guides, etc.) to help you implement what you've learned. 


A: You absolutely could google it, watch YouTube videos, and read blogs. But let me ask you this: will you do it?
