To tell you the truth, I have experienced fear around cognitive decline, especially since my grandma had Alzheimer's disease. As a busy mom of 3, I have experienced brain fog, anxiety around slipping cognition, and struggled to implement sleep and exercise habits that I KNEW were important to brain longevity.
So I started creating a list, habit stacks, gold-standard research around brain health, brain-focused meal plans, and it turned into a protocol.
I knew I couldn't be the only high-achieving woman experiencing this and wanting so badly to be functioning at my best so I could show up fully for my family, my community, and myself. I knew I couldn't be the only one craving the energy and brain function to build my legacy. I knew there were others that would continue to burn out if they didn't do something about it!
